About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1 - Serve as a key implementation resource for Coupa technology enablement projects across modules like P2P, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, expenses, and analytics.
2 - Lead and facilitate design and configuration workshops to capture business requirements and develop future state design.
3 - Provide Coupa configuration guidance based on client needs and best practices.
4 - Support technical integration workshops with client teams for interface and data mapping requirements.
5 - Document deliverables including process designs, functional specifications, testing plans, and training materials.
6 - Perform configurations, data loads, and unit testing aligned with client requirements.
7 - Lead and facilitate client testing sessions to ensure requirements are fully met.
8 - Manage procurement processes, supplier enablement, punchouts, catalogues, and compliant invoicing workflows.

Other Requirements:

1 - Strong functional Coupa implementation experience (not support profiles).

2 - Experience in indirect and direct procurement processes.

3 - Hands-on experience with PO customizations, tax codes, approval chains, and COA configuration.

4 - Familiarity with Coupa-Oracle ERP integrations, cXML transmission processes, and workflows.

5 - Knowledge of FIT-Gap analysis, SIT/UAT testing, and Coupa release upgrades.

6 - Immediate joiners preferred.

7 - Coupa certification is highly desirable.
