In this role, you won’t just be coding—you’ll be shaping how we build products, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create high-quality applications.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in an agile environment to deliver impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead and Team to design the strategies for prioritized features.
• Build and maintain APIs, usually backend services, using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write unit and integration tests, improving code quality and testing.
• Deploy, scale, and manage applications using Kubernetes and containerized services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to the monolith service when an ongoing task requires implementation in the service.

Our Stack

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• AI & Automation: Generative AI (GenAI) for development, testing, and architecture optimization.
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud Platforms: Azure.

Who We're Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in Java and Spring boot development.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools for software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Working experience in front end services with React would be an advantage.
• Working experience in the Identity and Access Management (Spring security) domain would be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, or cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira.
