We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Ericsson team as a Ericsson Order Care (EOC) developer . This critical role belongs to our Managed Services department. You will be at the forefront of tech-driven change, offering your specialist knowledge to guide the entire lifecycle of our projects. Your expertise will pave the way forward in your domain.
Key Responsibilities:
6+ years of experience in Telecommunication Industry and specifically in the BSS area.
Subject Matter Expert, Working experience in Ericsson Order Care, product configuration in Ericsson Catalogue Manager.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and experience working with cloud native applications will be an added plus.
Familarity with functioning of CI/CD pipeline and various DevOps tools.
Working experience of deploying Ericsson Order Care.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in handling issues related to EOC.
Strong working experience of technology stack including and not limited to Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Postgres, Angular, NodeJS, JxC, PC.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent team player.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
Proven experience in EOC, JxC, PC, ECM
Experience with troubleshooting using SQL and log analysis.
Familiarity with Kubernetes (kubectl) commands.
Understanding of telecom charging, billing flows, and product hierarchy best practices.
