Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Node.js, Next.js, and React.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver innovative features.

Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring results are achieved efficiently.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in both production and development environments.

Drive seamless integration with third-party services and APIs.

Apply proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges and implement solutions.

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of industry processes and platforms.

Proven expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and React with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams.

Results-driven mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Proven ability to take ownership, meet deadlines, and drive impactful outcomes.
