Software Engineer, Fullstack

As a Software Engineer Fullstack, you will design and develop scalable, performant, fault-tolerant, and modular software applications for our data-driven Conversational AI products and services. Uphold high coding standards and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams for delivering business outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build modern web user interfaces using Angular 18+ on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Write modular, high-quality, testable code following best practices and standards.
• Optimize development tooling and processes, including environments, builds, CI/CD pipelines, and packaging.
• Apply BDD and TDD frameworks to ensure robust, reliable applications.
• Implement secure coding practices to build fault-tolerant, mobile-responsive web applications with broad browser and device support.
• Leverage AI in development workflows, code generation, automated testing, debugging, and optimization;
• Develop RAG and GenAI-powered features like intelligent UIs and real-time conversational interfaces.
• Work in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban in cross-functional settings.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and AI/ML engineers.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source technologies to accelerate development.
• Continuously enhance expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technical concepts, including AI-driven tools.
• Deliver high-quality code on time and within estimates through code reviews, refactoring, and merging.
• Designing and developing front-end, back-end applications
• Experience in working on large scale, multi-tier application and services,
• Scalable and Responsiveness of applications
• Stay up to date with developments in web applications
• Highly collaborative and good team player
  
  

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Generative AI applications.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a full stack developer worked on Node.js, Angular v18 and above
• Building modular and reusable components, libraries
• Knowledge of chatbots related platform development is an added advantage.
