Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level SQL Server Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of database applications, providing technical support, and handling other database-related tasks. As an Entry-Level SQL Server Developer, you should have a strong understanding of SQL programming, be familiar with relational databases, and have a keen interest in technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, construction, and implementation of database systems.
- Write and optimize SQL statements for data access and retention.
- Debug and optimize existing and new database code.
- Document database processes that extract data for reporting purposes.
- Work closely with other developers to integrate databases with other applications.
- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0.5 to 1.5 years of professional experience with SQL Server
- Strong understanding of SQL programming and relational databases.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Transact-SQL (T-SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with database design and development.
- Knowledge of data modeling and normalization.
- Understanding database security best practices.
- Familiarity with data migration and synchronization.

Commission plans are tailored to each sales role but common components include quota, MBO's and ABPMs. Salespeople receive their formal compensation plan within 30 days of hire.
