Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Developer with hands-on experience in SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing database solutions, creating reports, and designing ETL processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. .

Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Develop, deploy, and manage SSRS reports to meet business requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Optimize and tune database performance, queries, and reports.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting and data integration needs.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve database and reporting issues.
• Participate in database design, migration, and documentation.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SQL development, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design.
• Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with ETL design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Exposure to Azure SQL Database or cloud data solutions.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).
  
  

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
