About the Team: This role is for FCI Lending Digital Automation team under Lending Technology and will be helping the bank build Automation tools like PEGA, Robotics, RPA etc.

Impact

This role is instrumental in executing technical tasks actively developing and testing new features and components within the PEGA ecosystem. This role’s contribution is vital for day to day activities.

Key Deliverables (Duties And Responsibilities)

• Develop automation workflows using Pega Robot Studio including interrogation, adapters, and match rules
• Configure automations for Windows, Web, and Citrix environments with focus on reliability and reusability
• Implement error handling, exception management, and logging within automation packages
• Participate in deployment and environment promotion activities using Robot Manager
• Collaborate in Agile sprints for story estimation, build, testing, and delivery
• Assist in production monitoring, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Document automation design, configuration details, and support procedures

• Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) required
• 3 or more years of experience in Pega Robotics or OpenSpan development
• Working knowledge of C Sharp and .NET scripting for automation extensions
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP service integration and database operations
• Legacy OpenSpan certification or training preferred
• Exposure to process mining, workflow discovery, or workforce intelligence tools
• Experience supporting automation in banking or enterprise-scale environments
