The Challenge Ahead
Our team, the IT Player Experience Engineering team, goal is to build applications and services to improve the player experience of millions of players worldwide.

Title : Software Engineer II
Responsibilities:
- You will develop solutions for complex business problems using modern Salesforce constructs and custom development.
- Estimate engineering effort during different stages of project life cycle
- Initiate and create experiences in partnership with distributed teams to ensure the architectural vision is supported and delivered to the highest standards
- Build integrations with internal and external systems hosted in the cloud.
- Track development deliverables and communicate their status to global teams
- Provide architectural guidance to quality assurance on all new code from beginning through integration, staging and production environments
- Exhibit creativity while collaborating and working with designers, engineers of different technical backgrounds, architects and product managers
- Manage end-to-end development, thus ensuring the code written meets the highest standards regarding code quality and efficiency
- You'll report to the Senior Manager, Engineering.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of overall experience working in Salesforce stack.
- 6+ years of hands-on design and development experience in custom development with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce and Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and their applicability to solve complex business problems.
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience and highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform.
- Good experience in Omnichannel implementation (Chat, Phone, Email)
- Experience handling and managing large volumes of data and transactions with Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes and experience working on Agile projects with distributed teams.
- Good experience and understanding of UI/JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience building Restful services and good understanding of integration principles.
- Good understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Good experience in Amazon connect/CTI
- Exposure to Salesforce package based development and enterprise architecture design patterns.
- Exposure to Salesforce Einstein AI Solutions
