We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our IT team in Bangalore, reporting to the director of IT - Infrastructure. In this role, you will manage and maintain the Microsoft collaboration platform and anchored in M365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Viva, and Azure. What you’ll do:
- Manage M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, and Email Gateway and email relay solutions
- Monitor system performance proactively, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience and productivity
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices
- Enable integrations using Microsoft Graph, M365 Office tools, and extended SaaS sources like Salesforce, ServiceNOW, Oracle, and Jira
- Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of M365 services, implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Graph connectors, plugins, APIs, Azure Cognitive Services/OpenAI, Active Directory, Viva services, and application security groups
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and build custom applications with Power Apps
- Manage Azure resources and services, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components
- Integrate Microsoft 365 platforms with SaaS services, such as Salesforce, ServiceNOW, Oracle, and Jira
- Customize solutions using Microsoft Power tools, Azure Cognitive Services/OpenAI, and M365 Copilot Studio
- 6+ years of experience working in infrastructure services with specialization in M365, server technologies, Azure cloud services, email gateway including hands-on experience in automation, and PowerShell scripting
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and related technologies
- Proven track record of M365 experience managing collaboration platforms in large organizations
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance in collaboration environments
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerShell, Fabric and Azure Cognitive Services/OpenAI /M365 CoPilot, and Copilot Studio
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Experience with graph connectors, plugins, APIs, Azure Cognitive Services/OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Active Directory, Viva services, and application security groups
- Should have Microsoft 365 Administrative certifications
- Expert knowledge on PowerShell scripting and development of custom script is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and work experience
After six months, you will…
- Successfully manage and maintain M365, SharePoint, Teams, PowerShell, Power Platform, and Azure platforms
- Establish standards for information architecture, metadata, and content management, and begin building and extending the Infoblox intranet
- Proactively monitor M365 and Azure platforms
- Stay updated with the latest features, updates, and best practices for M365, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, Email Gateway, and Azure
- Successfully integrate Microsoft 365 services with Microsoft Graph, and other SaaS tools when required
- Maintain a secure and compliant digital environment for all collaboration tools
- Collaborate effectively with broader IT and Business teams to identify and manage product-related dependencies
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams, have successfully managed M365 platform, and provide a betteruser experience to thelarger Infoblox community
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, Power Platform, Viva, and related technologies to ensure they remain cutting-edge
