What You'll Do

• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software engineering principles
• Use Python to build our back-end collection tools
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented code using industry best practices
• Ensuring that deployed products are properly maintained throughout their lifecycle
• Participate in design and code reviews of multiple projects across teams
• Should be quick learner and open to learn new things.
• Troubleshoot and Debug frontend and backend applications to resolve issues and optimize performances
  
  

• Bachelor or Engineering degree required
• Fluent English
• Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• 4+ Years of experience in back-end development
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with modern Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Strong proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL,)—data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices—GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps—and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Performance Optimization: Identifying and fixing bottlenecks in both code (complexity) and infrastructure (latency/throughput).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working effectively with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to negotiate scope and deadlines.
