We’re hiring Software Engineers to work on high-impact projects, training real-world AI systems. This opportunity is exclusively for IITians passionate about web development, AI, and building the future.

🔍 Special Preference For:

Candidates residing in or near NCR (Gurugram/Delhi/Noida/Faridabad/Ghaziabad)
Fresh graduates (2025 or earlier) or those not currently employed

Your Role:

Debug and rank AI-generated code outputs
Provide constructive feedback to improve AI responses
Create structured prompts and hints to boost AI learning

Requirements:

IIT graduate (B.Tech/M.Tech), Class of 2025 or earlier
Minimum 1 year of experience in web development
Strong in React, Next.js, TypeScript
Familiarity with JS, HTML, CSS, Python, Java/C++
Excellent analytical and written communication skills

Selection Process:
