Overview
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress plugins from scratch based on project requirements.
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure plugin code.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to integrate plugins seamlessly into WordPress websites.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing plugins as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest WordPress core updates and best practices for plugin development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a focus on plugin development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress plugin development best practices, including hooks, filters, and actions.
- Familiarity with WordPress coding standards and security best practices.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
