Due to our continued success, we are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data science, as well as experience with AI model deployment and optimization. This role requires a passion for AI-driven innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ML models and AI solutions for various applications.
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to improve AI accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art ML algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Optimize and fine-tune ML models for performance, scalability, and deployment in production.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines, including data collection, model training, validation, and deployment.
• Implement AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies in ML models.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and recommend best practices.
• Work with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into applications and workflows.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• with R, Java, or C++ is a plus).
• Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and ML deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Understanding of model evaluation, bias detection, and explainability in AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
• Work with accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office Programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with MLOps best practices for scaling AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research papers
• Experience with edge AI and real-time AI inference.
