Software Engineer – Technical Proposal Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience who specializes in technical proposal creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software development and the ability to create compelling, structured, and detailed technical proposals for clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and create well-structured technical proposals outlining software solutions.
• Collaborate with development, sales, and pre-sales teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Write detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system workflows, and technology stack explanations.
• Work closely with project managers and technical leads to ensure proposals align with business goals.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that fit client needs.
• Ensure proposals are technically accurate, competitive, and aligned with industry standards.
• Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and client inquiries related to software development projects.
• Contribute to presentations, whitepapers, and technical marketing materials as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with expertise in technical documentation and proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, programming languages, and system design.
• Experience in pre-sales engineering, bid management, or technical consultancy is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Confluence for documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience with agile project management and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, DevOps, or AI-based solutions is a plus.

Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
