Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and functional specifications related to Marketing Operations platforms.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Perform manual testing of web applications, campaign workflows, and integrations with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory testing cycles.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure high-quality releases.
Validate campaign setup, email templates, forms, and customer journeys for end-to-end correctness. Participate in QA reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
Required Skills:
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience testing in the Marketing Ops domain or familiarity with tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, Pardot, etc.
Experience with browser dev tools, API testing using Postman, and analyzing network calls. Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.). Good understanding of data validation and campaign tracking mechanisms (e.g., UTM parameters, lead source tracking).
Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
