Job Title: Software QA Engineer

Job summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and functionality of our software. Combination of Whitebox/ Blackbox, Manual/ Automation Testing methodologies.

Qualification and Experience:

B.E/MCA full time

2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, including work with product companies and top-tier service-level organizations.

Skill Required:

Experience with automated testing tools, programming language (e.g., Selenium, Java, Python etc.).

Expertise in automation frameworks (e.g. POM, Data Driven and Keyword Driven).

Proficiency in TestNG, JUNIT, JMeter, Zephyr Scale, etc.

Hands-on experience with manual testing, test case creation, and defect tracking.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Execute functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.

Thorough knowledge of SDLC/STLC.

Familiarity with test management tools, preferably JIRA and Test Rail.

Experience in Agile methodology.

Job Responsibilities:

Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.

Collaborating with software/product designers to establish quality assurance parameters.

Overseeing the creation of testing documents.

Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.

Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures accordingly.

Conduct analysis checks on product specifications.

Generate Quality Assurance reports.

Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of Workforce Ready

Good to Have:

Experience in Telecom or Energy Domain.

CI/CD pipeline.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
