Software QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Confirmit-based survey solutions.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of Confirmit surveys and reporting dashboards.

Collaborate with survey programmers, project managers, and data analysts to ensure quality and accuracy of survey implementations.

Automate repetitive test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks.

Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using standard defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on survey logic and scripting.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in survey testing.

Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years focused on Confirmit (survey programming and testing).

Strong understanding of Confirmit Authoring, Scripting (Confirmit Scripting/JavaScript), and Reportal.

Experience with survey logic validation, data piping, looping, and custom scripting.

Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete) is a plus.

Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:


Experience With Forsta Plus Or Other Market Research Platforms.

Knowledge of REST APIs and integration testing.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
