Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to ensure the quality and functionality of our products/services. The QA Specialist will be responsible for conducting tests, identifying issues, and ensuring that all deliverables meet established standards and requirements. This role involves collaboration with developers, product and project managers to guarantee a seamless user experience and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and Analysis:
• Analysis of requirements, develop documents with high and low-level scenarios, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans.
• Perform manual and automated testing(optional) for software applications or products.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and functional testing.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with developers to debug and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and resolve challenges.
• Documentation:
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of test plans, test results, and defects.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of QA policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Well versed in both mobile(both Android and iOS) and web application testing.
• Good knowledge in API testing
• Proven experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Android studio and API testing tools like postman.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
