Role Overview

We’re seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our highly Agile, multi-disciplinary team. You will play a key role in developing and implementing a robust test automation strategy while also leading and mentoring the team as we enhance our maintainable automation framework.

This is a full-time role ideal for a tester with strong functional and manual testing skills, who thrives in an Agile environment and enjoys collaborating with BAs, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Perform functional and manual testing to ensure product quality

✅ Develop test plans, create test cases, and execute testing activities

✅ Manage test resources, including mentoring junior testers

✅ Identify risks, manage issues, and escalate when necessary

✅ Handle test defect management effectively

✅ Assist with sprint planning by identifying key tasks, risks, and dependencies

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver new features and ensure business-as-usual support

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in functional/manual testing
• 1+ year of experience in web application testing
• 1+ year of experience in Salesforce testing
• Strong attention to detail (both data and UI) – including visual comparison and regression testing
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• API testing experience
• Automation testing knowledge
• Mobile app testing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
