Job Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring four skilled SDETs to build and scale backend test automation, enabling high-quality, rapid service deployments. The role focuses on designing robust frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliability in distributed microservices environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust automation frameworks for RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and distributed microservices.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to establish quality gates for continuous delivery.
- Build custom tools, mock services, and utilities to address complex testing challenges.
- Identify, prioritize, and automate critical P0/P1 business flows across new and existing services.
- Proactively optimize test suites, improve reliability, and reduce flakiness.
- Strong proficiency in Java and test automation frameworks like Karate or BDD.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools and CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, Harness).
- Solid understanding of backend architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Ability to design and implement automation from scratch as well as enhance existing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
