Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for ensuring software quality by designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to resolve issues.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Understand software requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, system, and integration testing.
• Execute test cases manually and document test results.
• Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA, Bugzilla, or any defect-tracking tool.
• Perform UI/UX testing and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Validate bug fixes and conduct retesting and regression testing.
• Prepare test reports and provide feedback on software quality.
• Follow SDLC and STLC processes in an Agile or Scrum environment.

Requirements and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Good understanding of black-box testing techniques.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman (preferred).
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of basic automation testing concepts.
• Experience in mobile app testing (iOS & Android).
• Exposure to performance and security testing.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
