About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform end-to-end testing of applications across multiple browsers and operating systems.
2. Understand functional and business requirements and ensure successful implementation post-deployment.
3. Contribute to the development and delivery of assigned projects.
4. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including effort estimation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, debugging, support, and security enhancements.
5. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, meaningful feedback to team members.
7. Research, evaluate, document, and recommend solutions for future product enhancements, considering trade-offs and technical feasibility.
8. Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them through to successful completion.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and development processes.

Other Requirements:

1. 1. Hands-on development experience with JavaScript is required.
2. 2. Experience with React is an added advantage.
3. 3. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, application architecture, data structures, coding standards, and security best practices.
4. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
5. 5. Ability to apply technical expertise to solve business problems and achieve organizational goals.
6. 6. Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
7. 7. User-centric mindset with empathy for application users and a commitment to improving user experiences.
