Role Overview:

We are looking for a Software Tester with experience in both manual and automation testing to ensure high-quality delivery of mobile, web, CRM, and complex applications. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure all applications are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand business requirements and prepare detailed test plans and test cases.

● Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and CRM applications for functionality, usability, and performance.

● Develop and execute automation scripts using tools like Selenium / Appium / Postman / JMeter (as per requirement).

● Perform API testing, regression testing, and system integration testing for complex applications.

● Track, log, and manage bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps.

● Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.

● Prepare test documentation (test scenarios, test summary reports).

● Participate in release readiness and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

Required Skills:

● Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.

● Hands-on experience in manual testing of mobile (Android/iOS) and web apps.

● Basic automation knowledge with Selenium WebDriver / Appium.

● Good understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

● Experience testing CRM applications (Salesforce, Zoho, or custom CRMs preferred).

● Familiarity with complex, integrated system testing.

● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Tools/Technologies:

● JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar bug-tracking tools

● Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter (basic knowledge acceptable)

● SQL basics for database testing

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

● 1 year of experience in software testing (manual + basic automation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
