Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Sony India Software Centre, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure and services to support various applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across various platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with development teams to create scalable and efficient architectures for applications.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Develop automation scripts for cloud deployment, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for cloud-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud environments.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  
  

• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Bash.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of networking concepts, security principles, and best practices relevant to cloud computing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
