Job Description
Business Analyst - Specialist, Forecasting Product will work within the Human Health Digital, Data, and Analytics (HHDDA) division where we are realizing the vision of a cohesive commercial decision support product suite, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions to optimize delivery of our medicines to patients. This role will contribute to the development and activation of our advanced internal forecasting products.
The successful candidate will work with the product management and cross functional teams and act as a link between engineering, design and product sucess.
The preferred candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, understanding of Healthcare & Technology, and experience with product development. The candidate will have demonstrated strong leadership skills, an ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity, and strong collaboration and communication skills. The candidate will empower a growth mindset and inspire a culture of continual learning.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an MBA. Relevant Certifications are a plus.

The Role

- Support Vision & Strategy Assist in shaping and executing the product vision and strategy for a successful product release.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with engineering, design, and business users to ensure successful alignment and delivery of product features.
- Prioritize Product Backlog Work closely with the Product Manager Lead to prioritize product features based on user feedback, business value, and feasibility
- Embrace Agile Practices Actively coach your team, embrace Agile ways of working and protect the feedback loop.
- Communicate politely, professionally and effortlessly with everyone
- Adapt and Respond to Change Be flexible and responsive to changes in the market or customer feedback, adjusting product strategies and roadmaps as necessary.

Within 3 Months
- Understand the product that we work on.
- Familiarize yourself with our processes, workflows, products and tools and our coffee machines.
- Participate in team ceremonies to grasp their purposes and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the different ceremonies. Understand their purpose. Get acquainted with our stakeholders.
- Align with your Product Management Lead
- Ask Questions. Even if they sound dumb to you. Ask a lot of questions.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager Lead and forecasting team to refine the product roadmap based on user feedback and market analysis.
- Collect information required to support the Key Metrics defined for Product Success
- Conduct gap analysis between current capabilities and desired outcomes.
- Analyze product performance against established KPIs and business objectives.
- Propose refinements to Agile processes to improve team dynamics and effectiveness.
- Represent your Product in various forums across the department or across stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an MBA. Relevant Certifications are a plus.
Required Experience And Skills
- 2+ years (total 5+ years) experience in Product Management in a pharmaceutical or life sciences space
- Understanding of Market Research, User Experience, Product LifeCycle.
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies and their application on your project.
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite of Product Management Tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.
