Specialist II - Full Stack Developer (Java Backend & React Frontend)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems, coupled with the ability to lead projects and communicate technical decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on work in both frontend and backend development
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular
• Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, or similar technologies like Node.js
• In-depth understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proven ability to architect and explain complex systems (e.g., warehouse or retail platforms)
• Demonstrated experience in leading software projects or teams in an Agile environment

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and scalable distributed systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team engagement
