As a senior Java React Full Stack Developer of the global feature team, your main responsibilities are:
- Contribute to all phases of the Information System life cycle: design, development, operations, and documentation.
- Apply and champion your team’s engineering practices and those of its communities of practice. For eg., ensure high code quality and test automation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to support team, service, and Group objectives.
- Integrate cybersecurity best practices into development processes and ongoing monitoring.
- Actively engage in communities of practice, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
Key Skills:
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within the Service Unit.
- Active listening and empathetic approach to understand the needs of stakeholders (analysts, managers, architects…).
- Clear and tailored communication for each audience.
- Autonomy, ability to assess risks and adapt to circumstances.
- Organization, rigor, and discipline in task execution.
- Curiosity and technological watch, with an interest in functional and banking aspects of the scope.
Profile required

Candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in IT and strong knowledge with hands-on in following skills:
Strong in Java8, Spring boot, TypeScript, React, Redux, MyBatis, HTML & CSS, JUnit, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins
Strong in writing unit and E2E test cases in React and Java
Must have knowledge in Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, micro services and should be able to code using standard industry coding practices.
Must be able to work as an independent contributor
Good to have hands-on over Cypress, RabbitMQ, DevOps & Co-pilot or other AI tools.
