Overview
We are seeking a skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in Master Data Management (MDM) to support data governance, data quality, and data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing enterprise master data across systems, ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of critical business data.

- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Manage, maintain, and enhance MDM solutions, including data profiling, data cleansing, data standardization, and survivorship rules.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Governance teams, and Business Stakeholders to define and maintain master data models and policies.
- Ensure high-quality master data across domains such as customer, product, vendor, and location.
- Develop and maintain data integration jobs for synchronizing master data across systems.
- Implement data validation rules, monitor data quality KPIs, and support issue resolution processes.
- Document database structures, processes, and data lineage related to MDM.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with any MDM tools/platforms (e. g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proficient in ETL concepts and tools (e. g., SSIS, Talend, etc. ).
- Experience in data governance, data quality frameworks, and metadata management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e. g., AWS) and data warehousing technologies.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools and techniques.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
