Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

We are a dynamic team dedicated to delivering custom and standard reports to our clients using cutting-edge data visualization and reporting tools. We work primarily with Power BI and SQL to turn complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design efficient data models and relationships to support analytical and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data from various sources.
• Optimize DAX calculations and queries for performance efficiency.
• Work independently to identify and resolve issues in data modelling and reporting.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
• Optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of business intelligence or data analytics experience – experience with Databricks is must.
• Proven experience with Power BI data modelling, including Import, Direct Query, and Composite models.
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL.
• Experience in working with big data reporting and handling large-scale datasets efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
