Senior Data Analyst (5+ Years)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who can lead data-driven projects, communicate effectively with clients, and mentor a team of analysts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, the ability to derive actionable insights from data, and the confidence to drive discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and data requirements.

• Work hands-on with large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

• Lead and manage data analysis projects from discovery through delivery.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.

• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and visualizations.

• Mentor junior analysts and coordinate efforts across the team to ensure high-quality output.

• Work closely with data engineers and other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Take ownership of both strategic planning and execution of analytical tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and client engagement.

• Proficient in SQL and one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python or R).

• Strong experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.

• Ability to simplify complex data into clear business insights and actions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in client interactions.

• Demonstrated ability to both lead and execute work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
