✅The Role

The Customer Insights and Pricing team is seeking a knowledge hungry data maverick to enable data driven decisions through pricing analytics, customer insights and operational excellence. This role focuses on analysing data related to, but not limited to, pricing, revenue, product, usage, and customer segmentation to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decision making.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract and aggregate data from multiple internal systems to support analytical and reporting needs.
• Perform customer mapping across various data sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Report on product and customer performance through regular and structured analytics.
• Create comprehensive business overview reports to support strategic insights and planning.
• Develop ad hoc reports and analyses in response to ELT stakeholder requests.
• Update and regularly maintain customer segmentation based on ZoomInfo data.

Pricing Analytics and Operations:

• Set product and customer-level price increases in collaboration with key stakeholders, work with IT to implement price changes in systems, and report on price increase yield on a periodic basis
• Analyse current price realization and discounting trends across customers and product lines to identify optimization opportunities
• Own and maintain all pricing tools and artefacts with periodic updates to price, discount and product configuration
• Manage and maintain product configurations, pricing and other related tables for Pricing Engines such as CPQ

Usage Data Analytics:

• Perform periodic as well as Ad-hoc data analysis and summarization of usage to provide meaningful insights to relevant stakeholder
• Assist maintenance of usage analytics dashboards with accurate and relevant data for ongoing monitoring and reporting.

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Document processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.

✅Essential

Technical Skills:

• 1-3 years of Data Analysis experience. 
• Must Have: Proficiency in data analysis through MS Excel
• SQL Proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
• Knowledge of CRM systems and data platforms like ZoomInfo and Salesforce.com is an advantage.

Analytical & Business Acumen:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Basic understanding of pricing models, customer segmentation, and usage trends
• Willingness to learn and adapt to business and pricing frameworks through hands-on experience
