In This Role, You Will

  • Leads analysis, design, customization, testing, deployment and support for KCP Commercial analytics solutions.
  • Collaborates with KCP Commercial product team and stakeholders to establish requirements for the implementation of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Maintains detailed business process understanding and documentation of KCP Commercial.
  • Analyze business processes and organizational opportunities. Leverage analytics to determine how customers can seize new opportunities.
  • Guide internal and external team members on the review and resolution of operations and break fix incidents.
  • Acts as a technical and business thought leader coordinating the optimal delivery solutions to enable new business capabilities, growth, and technology stewardship.

Qualifications

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience defining, designing, testing, and operationalizing data solutions and applications using cloud data and analytics services in combination with 3rd parties.
  • 5-7+ years of experience determining customers' requirements.
  • 3 years of experience in establishing best practices for authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, sprint planning and release planning and velocity measurement
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
  • Experience with outcome-based metrics, deploying/driving execution via performance measurement, and benchmarking.
  • Experience with Snowflake, SAP, PowerBi and SQL-based technologies. Proficiency in using SQL for data preparation and analysis.
  • Functional knowledge in key CPG capabilities (Sales, eCommerce, RGM, Marketing).
  • High level of communication is required. Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and have strong time management skills. Embraces learning agility to keep abreast of new technologies and strategies.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship and service delivery skills. Experience cultivating networks within the organization.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
