Job Overview

HYi.AI is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Developer to design and manage scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure for our AI-driven platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, enabling faster, more reliable software delivery. You’ll lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud infrastructure, and champion automation practices to ensure high availability and performance across our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and QA teams to streamline workflows.
• Automate processes to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices across all environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and automation practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML pipelines or data engineering workflows.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
