**Salary: 25K - 35K (depending on experience and present CTC).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Front-end Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users engage with through their web browser when using a web application. You will work closely with our design and back-end development teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications across various browsers and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are modern and cutting-edge.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and development processes.
• Debug and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Front-end Developer with a portfolio demonstrating relevant projects.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, particularly React JS and Next JS.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to work closely with design teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Bootstrap for building responsive web applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front-end build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Gulp, Grunt).
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Mocha, Jest).
• Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of server-side rendering and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with other CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).
