Sr. Frontend QA Engineer

Position: Sr. Frontend QA Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad / Hyderabad

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Excellent Analytical and communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
• Work in partnership with Scrum team members, including engineering and product management, to deliver business functionality on-time, with required quality, and that meets the acceptance criteria
• Write test cases and scenarios from the requirements/designs; manage bug tracking.
• Trigger, monitor and control the execution of automated test suites, identifying issues and potential gaps.
• Support QA governance of test processes, data, and execution metrics to help drive improve the performance of team.
• Perform risk analysis for features/projects in your ownership, provide mitigation and escalate appropriately.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze, debug and resolve any issues.
• Ensures best practices are followed and testing activities stay on schedule.
• Participate in internal/cross team meetings, test plan and developer reviews, iteration demos.
• Involved in requirements review and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation/performance strategy and ensuring best practices.
• Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities.
• Participate actively in release related activities, production deployment and validations.
• Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions.
• Proven skills working with UI and API automation frameworks and CT pipelines.
• Strong knowledge on coding skills in any programmatic language, preferable Python.
• Good at setting Quality standards in various new testing technologies in the industry.
• Experience in performance and accessibility testing preferred.
