Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Virtual Care engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions that enhance patient and doctor experiences across our global platforms.

• Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Architect scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and driving best practices across the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  
  

What We're Looking For

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Complementary Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization frameworks (e.g., Auth0, OAuth2).
• Exposure to healthcare or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
