Sr. Full Stack Developer

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly skilled Web Developer (preferably full-stack) who can independently develop, update, and optimize web pages across aerpace’s multi-brand architecture. You’ll bring our product visions to life — whether it’s a high-impact product launch like aerCar, a sleek new division like aerShield, or community movements like MakeTime.You’ll work closely with brand, design, and content teams to ensure seamless UX, fast-loading pages, strong mobile performance, and backend scalability.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development

• Build and maintain websites and microsites for all verticals: aerpace.com, aerCar, aerVolt, aerShield, aerpace Racers, and MakeTime.
• Ensure clean, modular code and scalable backend logic (preferably using frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js).
• Design mobile-first responsive web structures.
• Must have hands-on experience with Canva scroll animations and an eye for creating interactive, visually engaging content.

Backend & Integrations

• Set up CMS systems or headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, WordPress if required).
• Integrate with APIs (e.g., factory data, drone tracking, solar performance logs, newsletter CRM like Mailchimp or Brevo).
• Create robust forms, databases, and dashboards for internal teams or community users.

Performance & Optimization

• Improve site speed, SEO compatibility, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Set up analytics (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) for actionable performance insights.
• Ensure security best practices are followed.

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with the SEO team to implement meta tags, structured data, and keyword-friendly structures.
• Collaborate with creative/design teams to bring brand visuals to life through web animation, interactivity, or dynamic UI.
• Support real-time content changes during key launches (product reveal, PR drops, MakeTime campaigns).

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Next.js or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, version control (Git), and CMS platforms.
• Experience with basic backend logic (Node.js, Firebase, or equivalent).
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
• Mobile-first and cross-browser development experience.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie).
• WebGL / Three.js exposure (for future virtual simulations or 3D drone displays).
• Past work with startup or tech ecosystems.
• Familiarity with UI/UX platforms (Figma, Webflow as handoff or build tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
