The ServiceNow P3 professional is an independent contributor responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and integrations. The role requires solid platform knowledge, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, EA)
- Build and maintain:
- Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
- Flows and Workflows (Flow Designer)
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects
- Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide L3 support and mentor junior (P1/P2) team members as needed

Required Skills & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation/development experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- JavaScript (server-side & client-side)
- ServiceNow data model (tables, CMDB basics)
- ACLs, roles, and security model
- Experience with at least any two major ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, EA)
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models

- ServiceNow CSA
- ServiceNow CAD
- Two or more CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, SPM, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Exposure to DevOps, ATF, or ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines
