Position: PHP Developer

Location: Vadavalli, Coimbatore

Experience : 4+ years

Mode: Work from Office ( No work from home option )

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP and a proven track record of developing scalable, high-quality web applications.

You will work closely with designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, ensuring clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Work with frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony to build robust back-end systems.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Write and optimize database queries for MySQL or PostgreSQL, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Debug and resolve software issues and optimize application performance.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, testing, deploying, and maintaining applications.

Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in PHP and web development.

Ensure that projects meet company quality standards and deadlines.Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of PHP (OOP concepts and best practices).

Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter.Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as AngularJS and React (preferred).

Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.Solid understanding of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and query optimization.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.).Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
