Overview
Job DescriptionIndividual oversees the full lifecycle for Global Billable Subcontractor (Billable SubK), to drive global consistency and mitigate risk through the standardization of processes and requirements. Billable SubK is the process of engaging Suppliers to supply resources to perform services on Oracle customer projects.
This individual will work with cross-functional teams, own the creation and maintenance of related documentation, and support the global adoption of relevant systems, tools, and operating processes.
The successful candidate must be organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills, drive strong collaboration between teams, and be able to review, understand, and act on complex issues.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate and collaborate with individual Line of Business owners, Global Business Practices, Customer Deal Desk, Security teams, Audit teams, Legal teams, Human Resources, System teams, etc.
- Create and maintain documentation and training for both internal and external audiences.
- Facilitate formal and informal communication for the Billable SubK community, through Slack, web pages, documents, stakeholder calls and presentations.
- Perform research, data collection, and analysis, to share reporting with key stakeholders or justify change projects.
- Drive continuous improvements, managing or participating in projects as required.
- Support LOB owners and key stakeholders in day-to-day activities/challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent 7-10 years of experience relevant to this area.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills, with the ability to analyze the audience and produce/share the correct content, including process analysis, design and standardization.
- Demonstrates diplomacy and flexibility while working with others, while also influencing and acting as a change agent.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong program and project management skills including project planning, project tracking, issue resolution, and reporting; manage program and related projects working with global and cross-functional teams.
- Problem solver, independent thinker, and a confident decision maker.
- Understanding of Oracle Billable SubK or contractor engagement a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
