Sr. Python Developer

Overview

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Lead architecture decisions and participate in system design discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of backend systems
• Optimize databases and improve system efficiency (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Take ownership of major components and drive them to production

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Python
• Proficiency with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations
• Experience with relational databases and caching (PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis)
• Familiarity with task queues (Celery), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Knowledge of testing frameworks, debugging, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and system design

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
