About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer Consultant with a strong foundation in backend development and working knowledge of AI tools and libraries. This role will contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems and support the integration of AI-driven components into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain clean, efficient Python code for applications and services
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments
• Work with popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs
• Build RESTful APIs and services for AI-powered features
• Optimize data pipelines and model inference performance
• Write modular, well-tested code and assist with debugging and code reviews
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Familiarity with at least one AI/ML library or framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain)
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications or backend services
• Proficient in working with REST APIs, Flask, or FastAPI
• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning
• Exposure to version control (Git), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Good to Have

• Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
• Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), OpenAI/Anthropic APIs
• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or MLFlow
• Previous experience in a startup or consulting environment

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
