Overview

Job Title: Python Lead Developer
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Work From Office)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 5 days working

Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend development efforts using Python and modern frameworks.
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA, and product teams.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure team growth.
Solve complex problems and optimize performance.
Contribute to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations when applicable.
Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Proficient in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
Solid understanding of data structuring, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
