Sr. QA Engineer (Automation)

We are hiring a Software QA Engineer to contribute to our rapid product development pace. Our testers work collaboratively to ensure that our products are stable, reliable, scalable and responsive to our customers’ needs.

We’re on the lookout for a smart and curious Senior QA Engineer for our Bangalore office, who’s passionate about quality and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. If you love solving problems, writing clean automation scripts, and continuously improving processes, we want to hear from you.

You’ll play a key role in building robust test suites, advocating for best practices, and helping shape the future of quality in our product. We value team players who bring fresh ideas, take ownership, and are excited to learn and grow with us.

About You

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and automation)

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python is a big plus!)

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and automation tools like Selenium

• Working knowledge of SQL for backend/data validation testing

Bonus Skills

• Experience with performance and load testing

• Previous work in Agile teams or fast-paced product companies

• Familiarity with benefits domain or complex business workflows
