About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across our AI-driven product teams. Our platform focuses on building LLM-powered agentic bots, assistants, and custom AI agents that integrate with cloud services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
• Coordinate with external teams, especially on platform dependencies or integrations (e.g., APIs, cloud, AI services)
• Guide and coach cross-functional teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Remove blockers and enable team members to focus on delivering value
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and self-organizing team culture
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog
• Track sprint progress and report key metrics and insights to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives and feedback loops
• Support education and adoption of Agile mindset within teams applying AI in their own projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field (master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
• Comfortable working with technical teams building AI-integrated systems (APIs, cloud, ML/LLM workflows)
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in applied AI/ML or software projects involving LLMs, data, or API-heavy backends
• Exposure to agentic AI design patterns or NLP engineering
• Experience in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe)
• Background in software development or technical project management
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
