Job Summary
Job Description Designs, tests, and implements Privileged Account Management systems and solutions; security monitoring, tuning and management of IT security systems and applications, incident response, and forensic actions. Provide daily support for CyberArk PIM Suite including Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Responsible for Privileged Account Management of Windows, UNIX, Database and Infrastructure accounts using CyberArk Completes routine onboarding & decommissioning requests Troubleshoots operational issues with automated password management, system access. Collaborates with senior team members and vendor support resources to resolve Supports CyberArk Central Policy Manager (CPM) policy management Supports custom plug ins and connectors for CyberArk CPM and PSM Works well in large enterprise with strict change management procedures Interprets, analyzed and applies of corporate security standards and baselines Apply patches and updates to CyberArk components, remediate security advisories and work closely with enterprise stake holders Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor in Technology in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education or experience. At least 4 years of experience in CyberArk Core PAS Vault infrastructure and component services in a large enterprise. Working knowledge of Microsoft Networking/AD, LDAP, DNS, Firewalls, networking, high availability Responsible for On boarding and Off boarding Privileged accounts as per business requirements. Responsible for managing the user access in Private Ark client. On boarding, Off boarding & modifying the accounts in CyberArk and resetting the password. Managing the built in emergency accounts(root in Linux, Administrators in windows) Creating accounts, safes and customized platforms in CyberArk along with account management operations (includes concept of verification and reconciliation) Creating and Managing Safes, platforms and owners. Able to work, collaborate and openly communicate in a team environment Creating and Managing Safes, platforms and owners. Onboarding accounts in PVWA for various platform (Windows, UNIX, Database, Oracle). Bulk Account Onboarding using password upload utility & Rest API scripts. Performing User Account Administrative Tasks (like creation of user accounts, Resetting Passwords, Unlocking User Accounts, Enabling and Disabling User Accounts, Rename User Accounts and creating user mailboxes. Troubleshooting of noncompliance accounts in CyberArk. Interacting with the client on various issues on the privileged accounts. Troubleshooting user issues 2 factor authentication issues, password reset, user disable, account locked guiding the users to connect the target devices from CyberArk. Involved in the P2, P3 and P4 issues & resolved within the SLA with appropriate resolution steps & performed root cause analysis for the permanent issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate difficult concepts and technical solutions. Certifications: CyberArk level 2 (Defender) certification Additional Skills: Certifications: CyberArk level 3 (Sentry) certification preferred Skilled in scripting (REST, Python and PowerShell preferred) Experience in administering Windows and Unix based systems, databases, network appliances Consulting experience is preferred
