Overview

Position: Sr. Software Developer

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the ICT domain
Govt. Client Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Government clients
Qualification: B.E. in Computer Engineering / EC / IT
Job Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Lead and mentor development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and government clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government standards, security protocols, and IT policies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records.
• Support implementation, integration, and post-deployment activities at client locations as needed.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, .NET, Python, or similar.
• Strong experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience in web development frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and version control systems (Git, SVN).

Required Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing client expectations and handling escalations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
