Overview
As a Senior Software Developer, you will contribute to and lead the software development team throughout the development process. A key aspect of this role is possessing a deep understanding of coding languages and software development programs. Success in this position is demonstrated by the creation of high-quality applications that meet user requirements.

Essential Responsibilities
- Design and develop software to fit customer needs.
- Implement updates and integrate the latest technologies to enhance software performance.
- Generate reports on the development process and application performance.
- Provide direction and mentorship to software development teams.
- Conduct system analyses to identify weaknesses and implement improvements.
- Mentor software engineers by advising and coaching.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Extensive experience in software development, particularly frontend development with Angular and web technologies.
- Experience in agile development methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and focused approach to work.
- Strong ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment.
