Job description:

Primary Skill: Snowflake
Secondary: AWS Data warehousing and ETL Principles

• Looking for Senior Data Engineers, should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 4+ years of total experience in IT (data warehousing and data analytics) out of which 3+ years working on Snowflake related implementations
• Design and develop data solutions within the Snowflake cloud data platform, including data warehousing, data lake, and data modelling solutions
• Experience working with Snowflake Functions, hands on exp with Snowflake utilities, stage and file upload features, time travel, fail safe
• Hands-on in complex SQL, parsing complex data sets
• Snowflake Tables/Views/stored procedures/streams/tasks creations/aggregation
• AWS Snowflake platform for migration (Good to have experience on AWS components like S3,Glue, Redshift,Stepfunction,EC2,No SQL database)
• Handling large & complex datasets like JSON, ORC, PARQUET,PDF,XML and CSV files
• Data lakes, multi-dimensional models, data dictionaries
• Data warehousing concepts, data modelling, metadata management
• Knowledge of SQL language and cloud-based technologies
• Working knowledge on complex Stored Procedures and Views
• Snowflake modelling roles, databases, schemas
• SQL performance measuring, query tuning, and database tuning
• ETL tools with cloud-driven skills
• Integration with third-party tools
• Root cause analysis of models with solutions
• Relational databases like Oracle SQL Server, Teradata, Postgres etc.
• Snowflake warehousing, architecture, processing, administration
• Enterprise-level technical exposure to Snowflake application
Good to have Snowflake security RBAC understanding and Snowflake Administration
